is an in-home service provider, which assists the elderly to lead dignified and independent lifestyles in the comfort
and safety of their own homes or apartments. We are designed to provide a unique "all-in-one" service to our residents.
We are committed to providing quality, ethical, and professional services.
Serenity
is owned, and operated by a registred nurse since 1999. It is licensed by the States of Texas for ten beds.We
provide all levels of personal care and assistance with medication administration if needed.
Attendants are available 24 hours, and are required to be awake throughout the night.
All of our caregivers are all employees of Serenity Home
Assisted Care Living and they are all carefully screened, undergo thorough background checks, are trained
in CPR, and participate in an ongoing elderly care-training program. Our screening process is based on hiring only those who
we would have in our own homes caring for our own parents. The services provided are varied and encompass with respite, and
personal care.
We also work closely with several hospice
and home health agencies to provide to best care for your love one.

Serenity Home Assisted Care Living is a small Type B licensed
by the state of Texas. Our license number is 100168.
The Type B license indicates that the residents are in a safe secure environment. The night staff is always awake
and attending to the needs of the residents. The interior of the home is outfitted with two automatic generators(31kw), sprinklers,
alarm system and is monitored 24 hours a day. Any suggestion of an emergency would bring emergency workers within minutes.
Since Serenity Home Assisted Living is a type B facility, residents do not need to be discharged as their physical condition declines. We
work very closely with numerous local home health and hospice groups assuring that this difficult time is handled with the
utmost professionalism and dignity.

A) Serenity Home Assisted Care Living provides 24-hour personal
care for the residents and assistance with their ADLS (grooming, bathing, feeding, and assistance with simple nursing
assistant such as medication-planing, administering and taking vital signs).
Q. What professionals are on staff and what are their qualifications?
A) Our staff consists of a registered nurse on staff, well-trained, certified
nurse aides and home attendants. Home health and hospice nurses are on call 24-hours to answer any questions.
Q. Who pays & how much
does it cost for assisted care?
A) Serenity Home Assisted
Care Living charges a basic monthly fee of $3800 hundred for semi- private room, and $4200 hundred for private room. There will be no community charge, or administrative charge, however, there
will be an additional level of care assessment charge for patient on hospice, patient diagnose with dementia/Alzheimer,wondering, requires assistant
of an aid for feeding, or two aids for transferring.
Private
pay, Insurance, and the Veteran Affair (VA) pay the partial or (sometimes) full cost for the Veteran, their spouses
get partial.
